Netflix NFLX is scheduled to report earnings after the close today.
After a solid run of bullish momentum I'm expecting the Netflix earnings numbers to be good but guidance to be tempered as the world awaits the results of new covid-19 vaccines.
The following stocks are also scheduled to report earnings today:
JNJ, MS, BAC and SCHW.
The ECB is also scheduled to announce a decision on interest rates today at 7:45 am eastern time.
Wow we have plenty going on today.
Many of the "outdoor" stocks got a pop yesterday on the Moderna MRNA news so we'll be looking to buy those stocks today as well if we see follow through.
Stocks such as EXPE, RCL, AAL, CAR, and Play. These stock are not A+ trades but more of a cash flow/sympathy type trade setup.
We're seeing some great trading opportunity in the boot camp in OSTK stock but I'm also seeing distribution type price action. SO that means move up your profitable trailing stop loss because something has changed on the tape.
GS stock Goldman Sachs traded into a failed breakout on double its normal volume. Not a good sign for the financials.
And finally we wrap up with a discussion about the recent IPO NCNO and how to trade it.
