DIS Walt Disney Co Stock Poised for Massive Upside
Plus $5 is not always the same as plus 2%...
The stock market showed massive upside numbers yesterday, but was there opportunity to day trade? Today we take a look at how to identify stocks with the most potential to day trade.
If you're a regular follower of my trading you know I'm a tape reader. I don't teach chart reading. I'm focused on price action and volume, and putting the pieces together for the NEXT move. I don't care what happened. I don't predict.
I'm searching and scanning for smart money action. And then determine what are the odds of it happening again. I'm looking for money. Big money committed to the market and signs that I can piggyback that commitment.
Sounds like chart reading doesn't it's not. Let me give you an example. Suppose a stock hit high of $50.25 today. Most chart readers would you that level as the resistance. But what if only 100 shares traded there? What if 500,000 shares traded at $49.90?
Which one is the REAL level to focus on? That's tape reading.
Yesterday the stock market showed big green numbers, from the previous close. Also known as the net change. I'm not interested in net change. I want to see new buying or selling after the open.
And I want to see that stock close near the high or the low. I am looking at change from the open. Combined with order flow, these are the stocks that go into my list tomorrow.
Take a look at this scan coming into today, only 5 stocks meet this different criteria. Something to think about.

It’s not about when the next economic crisis hits, it’s about how
Next time it will be different.
No one knows when the next global economic downturn will happen. But contrary to what happened in some past crises, no one will be able to claim they didn’t see it coming.
Warnings abound, all signals concur, and, as European Central Bank president Mario Draghi said two months ago, the many “uncertainties” that have long threatened the global economic recovery are now generating their own economic consequences in the form of a major slowdown.
And yet, governments remain idle.

Why you might want to take a gap year before you retire
Have you ever wished that you could put your career on hold to travel or volunteer, just like some high school or college graduates do before setting foot on campus or accepting their first job?
While taking a gap year is more common for teens and 20-somethings, some people are finding a variety of ways to do it in their 50s and 60s. Many of them say the experience is meaningful, even life-altering.

Disney+ is cheap, chock-full of content and poised for a massive November launch
“Bob Iger always said that Disney+ is his top priority for 2019,” Peter Csathy, founder and chairman of Creatv Media, said. “He has kicked his entire global multi-tentacled marketing machine into gear to demonstrate just how serious he is. Yet another reason for Netflix shareholders to duck, cover and hold. ”
If the crowd at the Disney+ panel on Friday was any indication of consumer interest, Disney will have no trouble getting people to sign up for its service.
