Good morning and welcome back to Smart Money Alerts...
Today we're focusing on a long forgotten tech stock that seems to have found some bullish interest.
Not quite exciting order flow but definitely a bullish tone to the tape. Yesterday's price action formed what we call a swing low.
Swing lows are most powerful after fast, momentum type moves which we see on the chart. The setup is our bread-and-butter signal for entering and exiting trades.
Although the stock has obvious resistance levels in the 40's, I like the bullish action and see the stock getting to $50 and beyond.
This play is one we call a position trade. A longer term trade that requires patience to get paid. I work these trades in stages, adding as the trade moves in my favor.
Using our tape reading skills we can clearly see the smart money stepping in and "supporting the bid." A good sign for continued bullish price action.
