When Institutions Signal to Buy

Two of the main signals I teach are FUEL an EXHAUSTION. Fuel starts a new move, exhaustion ends the current move.

The best charts of exhaustion also have fast, violent price action, but can also happen after long sustained moves.

This chart of UBER clearly shows exhaustion. Large buyers have stepped in and started to gobble up shares.

The key word here is started. The smart money does not go "all in." They work orders.

Keep and eye on this for a bottom and make note of the exhaustion pattern. We are likely to see quite a few of them as the stock market over reacts at all-time highs.

You can read more about these ideas in this article.
